Is there a warranty?

All Jabbre intercom is covered by a 1-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only, including:
✅ Factory defects in materials or workmanship.
✅ Internal component failure under normal use.
✅ Audio or power issues not caused by misuse.

⚠️ Warranty Does NOT Cover
The warranty will be void if the issue is caused by:
❎ Physical damage (drops, cracks, broken parts).
❎ Water damage due to improper sealing or misuse.
❎ Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering.
❎ Normal wear and tear.
❎ Customer negligence or accidental damage.

📌 Warranty Guidelines
- Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required.
- Unit must be inspected and verified by the Aftersales service representative.
- Replacement or repair is subject to warranty assessment.
